Shaun will discuss “Water management challenges in the Okanagan under climate change and increasing use pressures”.
Shaun Reimer is a professional engineer with the Ministry of Water, Land, Resource Stewardship and has worked in water licensing, Okanagan River management, and flood response, for the Province since 1995. He is currently the Head of the Public Safety and Protection Section in Penticton, responsible for operation of the Okanagan Lake Regulation System (OLRS) dams and dikes and which includes managing Okanagan Lake levels and Okanagan River flows.
